磨牙分体桩的临床制作修复体会

摘要

O bjectiveDoes a lot of talking the fission pile clinical manufacture repair experience .Method Chooses 120 patients ,altogether 162 have carried on consummation root canal treatment doing a lot of talking in my courtyard .After the conventional pile root canal preparation , pours into the silica gel light body the marrow room ,inducts various root canals with the spiral conveyor ,again takes out by the silica gel heavy body ,hands over in the mechanic room manufacture fission pile melt mold ,the casting fission pile ,then the cementation ,carries on the crow n repair . ResultsThe repair completes after 162 trouble tooth ,does not have an example to have the crow n transverse fracture ,the fission pile becomes less crowded ,the root folds the situation .Can exercise the mastication function good .ConclusionIn on clinical inducts the silica gel light body with the spiral plugger the indirect legal system to take does a lot of talking the fission pile melt mold ,succinct fine ,has the very strong usability .%　　目的 磨牙分体桩的临床制作修复经验。方法 挑选120位患者，共162颗在我院进行了完善根管治疗的磨牙。常规的桩根管预备后，将硅橡胶轻体注入髓室，用螺旋输送器导入各根管，再以硅橡胶重体取出，交于技工室制作分体桩熔模，铸造分体桩，然后粘接，进行冠修复。结果 修复完成后的162颗患牙，无一例发生牙冠横折、分体桩松动、根折情况。均能良好地行使咀嚼功能。结论 在临床上用螺旋充填器导入硅橡胶轻体的间接法制取磨牙分体桩熔模，简洁精准，具有很强的实用性。
