梅花针联合氦氖激光治疗斑秃疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察梅花针联合氦氖激光治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分成三组，对照A组单纯口服我院自制制剂生发丸，对照B组口服生发丸联合照射氦氖激光治疗，治疗组在对照B组的基础上增加梅花针叩刺疗法，3个月后观察疗效。结果统计三组有效率，治疗组82．1％，对照A组35．7％，对照B组56．8％。结论梅花针联合氦氖激光治疗斑秃疗效显著，安全性高，且患者依从性高，值得推广。%objective:To observe plum needle joint he-ne laser clinical curative ef ect for the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups, control group A simple oral our homemade germinal pil ,control group B oral tonic pil combined radiation he-ne laser treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the comparison group B in-creasedtapthornplumneedletherapy,after3monthsobservationcurativeefect.Threegroupsofeficient,thestatisticaltreatmentgroupwas82.1%,against35.7%ingroupA,groupB56. 8%.Conclusion plum needle joint he-ne laser treatment of alopecia areata curative ef ect is distinct,high safety,and patient compliance is high,is worth promoting.
