辛伐他汀在帕金森病治疗中的抗氧化应激作用

摘要

objective:to study the simvastatin in the treatment of Parkinson's disease resistance to oxidative stress.Methods:select gaomi city municipal hospital neurology ward since February 2012 -February 2012,68 cases in patients with Parkinson's disease in hospital between average divided into 2 groups,control group patients give regular ba beauty treatment,the treatment group on the basis of add simvastatin 20 mg/d (of ).Before and after treatment for 3 months testing malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD).Results:taking simvas-tatin after 3 months,patients in treatment group was significantly lower serum MDA,the SOD level obviously improved,also was statistical y significant dif erence (P <0.05).Conclusion:simvastatin have the function of the treatment of Parkinson's disease,its mechanism is done through resisting oxidative stress.%目的：探讨辛伐他汀在帕金森病治疗中的抗氧化应激作用。方法：选择高密市市立医院神经内科病房自2012年2月-2014年2月间住院的帕金森病患者68例，平均分为2组，对照组患者给予常规的美多芭治疗，治疗组在此基础上加服辛伐他汀（舒降之）20 mg/d。于治疗前及治疗后3个月检测丙二醛（MDA）、过氧化物歧化酶（SOD）。结果：服用辛伐他汀3个月后，治疗组患者较治疗前血清 MDA 明显降低，SOD 水平明显回升，差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：辛伐他汀具有治疗帕金森病的作用，其机制是通过抗氧化应激来完成的。
