利用脉冲电路控制发生的旋转磁场,实现不锈钢管内孔表面旋转磁场磁粒光整加工,研究磁极结构对加工质量的影响。实验结果表明:不同的磁极结构,光整加工效果不同,其中N-S-S-N型效果最好,N-S-N-S型效果最差。该工艺为旋转磁场磁粒光整加工在实际生产中推广应用提供有益的依据。%Magnetic-abrasive finishing machining for inner surface of stainless steel tube has been experimented by rotating magnetic field generated and controlled by pulse circuit, and the influences of magnetic pole structure on machining quality are studied. The results show that finishing machining quality is different for different magnetic pole structures. Among them,the N-S-S-N structure is the best, and the N-S-N-S is the worst.
