椭圆型面联接原理分析

         

摘要

提出了一种新的型面联接曲线——标准椭圆曲线。首次定义了切力臂和法力臂两个概念,并推导了标准椭圆上该参数的计算公式,进行了椭圆联接的几何特性分析,并采用数值方法分析计算了接触应力的分布情况。%This paper proposes a new type of section connection——elliptic section connection, in which the section profile is standard ellipse. Equations for geometric parameters of common shape standard ellipse are derived. On the basis of it, the geometric characteristics of elliptic section connections are analyzed. These characteristics affect contact stress and contact zone. A numerical method is used for the determination of contact stress and deformation in present connections. One example of stress distribution in the connection by the effects of torque is given.
