强制连续约束超越离合器楔块疲劳寿命分析及楔块结构优化

     

摘要

Fatigue damage often occurs on a PCE(positive continuous engagement) over-running clutch sprag.Based on the elasticity theory,this paper uses the step iteration method to analyze the contact stress between the clutch sprag and the inner or outer loop.The low-cycle fatigue life of the clutch sprag is calculated with the Manson-Coffin equation on the basis of analyzing its fatigue characteristics.The geometrical parameters of the clutch sprag are optimized in order to prolong its fatigue life and reduce its contact stress.This paper is helpful for the design of PCE over-running clutch and its failure analysis.%针对强制连续约束超越离合器楔块易产生疲劳损伤的问题,以弹性理论为基础,采用分步迭代法分析了超越离合器楔块与内外环的接触应力;在分析楔块疲劳特征的基础上,采用Manson—Coffin方程对楔块低周疲劳寿命进行了计算;以提高楔块疲劳寿命、降低楔块接触应力为目标,对楔块截面几何参数进行了优化。
