为了研究摆动式抛光机磨块座的小挠度弯曲问题,将磨块座简化为悬臂薄板模型。通过薄板弯曲微分方程,利用边界条件推导出结点有限差分方程。由实例计算和实验分析得出磨块座弯曲挠度由边缘处最大到中心处逐渐减小,磨块座弯曲挠度造成磨块边缘相对于磨块中心的位置磨损量差值不超过0.5 mm。%In order to investigate the bending deflection for grinding block holder of swing-style polishing machine.The grinding block holder is simplified as the cantilever beam.The bending differential equation of thin plate is established.According to the boundary condition,finite difference equations of node are obtained.From the case calculation and experimental results,it is concluded that the bending deflection of grinding block holder reduces from the periphery to the core and the difference in wear loss of grinding block from the periphery to the core is less than 0.5 mm.
