基于机架刚度的大型压机预紧力研究

             

摘要

螺栓预紧力对大型压机的使用稳定性具有决定性作用,针对某大型压机使用过程中出现机架松动现象,建立大型压机机架有限元模型,得到机架的垂直刚度与角刚度。根据预紧力压缩变形量应不少于偏心载荷的等效力与力矩产生的侧隙量,计算出等效载荷系数,结合有限元预紧力接触模型得到预紧力大小,进而确定预紧螺母旋进量,为指导设备设计及检修提供理论依据。%Bolt preloaded force has played important stability role in the operation stability of a large pressure machine, with a large loose frame phenomenon appeared in the process of pressure machine, the finite element model is established and the vertical stiffness and frame angle stiffness are got.According to the preloaded force compression deformation should be not less than the lateral clearance quantity produced by efficacy and torque of eccentric loading, the equivalent load coefficient is cal-culated, based on the finite element preloaded force contact model, the preloaded force size is got, the quantity rotated into the nut is determined, the theory basis is provided for the equipment design guidance and maintenance.
