送料卷扬机卷筒强度计算及应用分析

摘要

某钢厂高炉扩容改造，料车扩容，送料卷扬机功率随之增加，卷筒装置拟利旧。本着安全和可靠的原则，根据工况对卷筒装置进行强度计算分析，确定原卷扬机的卷筒装置强度不能满足使用要求，避免了安全事故的发生。%A steel blast furnace is revamped, the effective volume and power of skip hoist is increased.The old drum device will be used.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the hoist, the strength of drum device is calculated.Then the strength of the original winch drum device can not meet the new requirements.The old drum device can not be used,which a-voids the occurrence of security incidents .
