汽车动力总成悬置系统的整车布置研究

摘要

介绍了汽车动力总成悬置系统的功能作用及设计的基本理论，同时结合现在汽车行业平台化架构化的趋势，重点介绍了在一个汽车平台上同时应用多套动力总成时，如何通过悬置系统的优化来实现车身架构接口的共用实现成本的节约和制造的便利。最后通过实例完成多动力总成应用时悬置的平衡布置研究。%The function and design theory of automobile powertrain mount system were introduced in this paper. Combined with automotive industry trend of platformization and architecture nowadays, it is realized to saving cost and easy building by optimizing the mount system when applying multi-powertrain on one architecture to share the body interface. Finally, the mount system of multi-powertrain application package study is finished with instances.
