根据零件结构特点,改用铣削工艺替代原来的车削工艺加工转向器壳体密封槽,通过对设备、夹具、刀具、程序及加工工艺参数多因素的试验研究,实现了密封槽铣削成形,能稳定达到设计要求的位置精度与表面粗糙度。%According to the technological characteristics of parts, the milling process is chosen instead of turning to machine the steering housing seal grooves in this paper. By studying and testing equipment, clamp, cutter, procedure and cutting pa-rameters, the milling of seal grooves is realized, and could meet the steady positional accuracy and surface roughness that were demanded in the design.
