9000m直流电驱动钻机绞车链传动系统设计与分析

摘要

According to the performance requirements of DC drilling rig, the transmission scheme of winch used for 9000 me-ters rig is developed. According to the power allocation and transmission principle, the detail design and performance analysis for two different kinds of chain drive system have been done, the load performance of drill for two schemes is analyzed.%依据9000 m 直流电驱动钻机的性能要求，制定了所配套绞车的传动方案。根据绞车功率配置和传动原理，以两种不同的方案对绞车链传动系统进行了详细设计，并分析了两种方案下钻机的负载性能。
