针对罗茨鼓风机噪声大的缺陷,运用结构优化设计理论,提出将消声功能嵌入罗茨机壳体的理念。采用在噪声产生源头着手控制的方法,使旋转噪声、涡流噪声得到控制,结构噪声得到遏制,比现有同流量、同压力罗茨机噪声低15~25 dB( A);比同等参数现有罗茨机系统缩小了体积,降低了安装受限条件。%For the big noise defects in roots blower, it is proposed to integrate noise-elimination function into the blower ac-cording to the design theory of structural optimization.It adopts the controlling method when the noises are caused at an early stage, which makes the rotating noise, vortex noises controlled, and the structural noise diminished.Only in terms of blower, the noise is 15~25dB(A) and is lower than the current ones, which are the same flow, the same pressure.It reduced the volume of blower system which are the same specifications and lowered the restricting condition of installation.
