公路隧道钢模台车数值计算与分析

         

摘要

以乌东德水电站左岸高线路隧道衬砌钢模台车为对象,针对衬砌混凝土质量要求高和满足20 t自卸车双向通行的特点,门架立柱采用变截面梁形式。在ANSYS的分析平台上,建立钢模台车整体有限元模型,并对工作工况下的钢模台车进行了静力学分析,得到了钢模台车整体变形与应力分布结果。将分析结果应用于实际工程中,为同类型的衬砌钢模台车的设计和运行工作提供了重要的参考依据。%Taking the steel trolley of left embankment highway tunnel in wudongde hydropower station as object, according to the characteristics of which lining concrete is high quality requirement and dual carriageway road of 20t dump trucks, variable cross section beam has been applied to the portal frame column.The whole finite element model of steel trolley is created by ANSYS, and the static analysis of the finite element model is carried out, distribution of deformation and stress is obtained. The analysis results have been applied in the practical project, which provides reference for the design and operation work of the same type steel trolley.
