基于MT508 TV5的接触网作业车状态监测界面设计

摘要

叙述了对接触网作业车状态监测的必要性，同时对MT508 TV5触摸屏作了简要的说明。给出了利用EB500组态软件设计的监测界面及程序下载到触摸屏的方法，主要介绍通过EB500组态软件设置触摸屏与PLC通讯方式和参数的方法，并给出MT508TV5触摸屏与CP1H型PLC通过RS232连接的方法。最后对该监测界面运行调试结果及设计过程中遇到的问题作了简要的说明。%The necessity of catenary operation vehicle status monitoring is described .A brief description of the MT508 TV5 touch screen is given.The monitoring interface by use the EB500 configuration software interface design and the method of program downed to the screen are proposed .The method of the communication mode and parameters between the screen and PLC is mainly described, and the method of MT508TV5 communicate with the PLC of CP1H through RS232 is given.Finally, A brief description for monitoring interface debugging results and problems encountered in the design process are introduced .
