The long and thin guide-way of oil country grinder machine MKY13100 needs high accuracy ,and easy deformation , the quality is hard to guarantee .By long time test and experiment ,a reasonable technology process and working method is for-mulated,which can get the qualified parts and solve the quality problems.%MKY13100油田工具磨床导轨细长，精度要求很高，加工中特别容易扭曲变形，质量难以保证，经过多次研究分析和实验，制订出了一套合理的工艺流程和加工方法，可加工出合格的零件，解决了质量难题。
