SVPWM controlling is the key technology of modern three-phase sine-inverter. It has advantages of low switching loss and high voltage utilization ratio. In this article, three-phase sine-inverter circuit with the maximum power of 2. 4 kW is designed, and hardware circuit is built based on the smart power module FSBB20CH60F to verify. The high voltage DC part of the system uses the active power factor correction (APFC) to convert AC 220V (real value) to DC 400V, the invert part uses smart power module FSBB20CH60F, which could invert DC 400v to three-phase 50 Hz AC 380V. Then the output voltage pass through the LC filter to get three-phase sinusoidal voltage.%设计了最大功率为2.4 kW的三相逆变电路,研究了空间电压矢量控制的三相正弦逆变器的关键技术-SVP-WM控制,搭建基于智能功率模块FSBB20CH60F的硬件电路进行验证。系统直流高压部分采用具有电压可调的有源功率因素较正器,电路将220 V交流电进行整流调压,并让其工作在单位功率因素。通过DSP28335产生SVPWM控制信号,驱动SPM进行DC-AC变换;再经过LC滤波,得到可调的三相正弦电压。由此SVPWM控制的三相离网型逆变器在硬件平台上得到验证。
