This thesis focuses on the inductor of melting copper line frequency furnace, analyzes its structural features and working principles. Through technological innovation and practice, the working life of melting copper line frequency furnace is improved from 6 months to more than 9 months, thus the production safety is assured, and the production cost is reduced.%以熔铜工频感应电炉感应体为研究对象,分析其结构特点和工作原理,通过技术改进和实践,熔铜工频感应电炉的工作寿命由6个月左右提高到平均9个月以上,既保证了生产安全,又降低了生产成本。
