聚酰亚胺薄膜热老化特性试验与分析

摘要

In this paper, tests on the aging characteristics of polyimide film under different temperature were conducted.Ten-sile strength and electrical strength of several kinds of polyimide films were respectively measured after 280℃ and 300℃ tem-perature of thermal aging, and the electrical properties and physical properties of polyimide films that were after different aging tests were comparatively analyzed.%对比研究了聚酰亚胺薄膜在不同温度下的老化特性，将几种聚酰亚胺薄膜分别在280℃和300℃条件下进行老化后拉伸强度和电气强度试验，并对不同老化试验后薄膜的电气性能和物理性能进行比较分析。
