简支条件下三叠片复合弯振换能器振动特性研究

         

摘要

采用瑞利法对简支边界条件下三叠片圆盘弯振换能器进行理论研究,并推导其谐振频率及有效机电耦合系数,通过数值计算分析了谐振频率及有效机电耦合系数随换能器各尺寸参数的变化规律,结果表明换能器结构参数对谐振频率和有效机电耦合系数有很大影响,谐振频率随换能器各尺寸参数的增大而增大,在其它尺寸一定的情况下有效机电耦合系数随着金属片厚度,都有一个最大值,也为三叠片弯曲振动换能器的进一步广泛应用提供理论支持。%Theoretical study of three laminated disc bending vibration transducer is carried out under the simply supported boundary condition by using the Rayleigh method, and the resonant frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling co-efficient are derived.Variation of the resonant frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient with the trans-ducer size parameters are analyzed.The results show that the structural parameters of transducer has great influence on the res-onant frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient, that is, the resonant frequency increases with the in-crease of the dimension parameter, and when the other dimensions are certain, the effective electromechanical coupling coeffi-cient increases with the increase of the sheet metal thickness, there is a maximum value.It provides a theoretical support for wide application of the three laminated bending vibration transduce.
