一种电解清洗线切边的新型冷轧薄板生产工艺∗

针对冷轧厂传统生产方式存在的问题，通过分析钢卷经过退火后产生端面粘结的原因，优化原有生产工艺，改进电解清洗生产线设备功能，增加一套切边装置，确保钢板宽度尺寸精度，生产实践证明，经优化后的生产工艺，有效消除了端面粘结缺陷。%In view of the problems existing in the traditional cold rolling mill production, through analysis of the steel coil gen-erates the contrate after annealing, the original production process was optimized, and the function of equipments in the elec-trolytic cleaning production line was improved. Adding a set of edge cutting device to ensure the dimensional accuracy of steel plate width, and the production practice proved that the optimized production technology would effectively eliminate the con-trate defects.
