柴油加氢装置新氢压缩机填料改进∗

摘要

介绍了柴油加氢装置新氢压缩机的填料结构及工作原理，并针对该机组二级主填料出现的故障，从装配和运行工况两方面进行原因分析，对填料减压环的材质进行了改进，效果明显，确保了机组填料的长周期运行。%In this paper, the diesel hydrogenation unit packing structure and working principle of new hydrogen compressor are introduced. Aiming at the failure of unit level 2 main packing, the causes from two aspects of assembly and operation condition are analyzed, material of the packing decompression ring is improved, and the effect is obvious. Thus it could ensure the long period operation of unit packing.
