纵观国内外客车座椅乘员保护动态实验标准,均只对假人头部、胸部及大腿的伤害指标作了要求,而未涉及假人的小腿伤害。通过CAE法对国内某款座椅进行了仿真分析,在该座椅满足标准要求的情况下,发现假人小腿伤害却非常大。然后从试验假人小腿伤害的机理出发,对该款座椅进行了结构改进,改进后假人的小腿伤害明显降低。%Reviewing the dynamic test standard for coach seat occupant protection at home and abroad, there are only injury criterions of head, chest and femur, without involving the leg injury of dummy.In this paper, simulation analysis to a domes-tic seat is conducted with the CAE method;it isfound that the leg injury of dummy is great in the case that the seat meets the standard requirements.Then structural improvement to the seat is finished based on the injury mechanism of the test dummy, it shows that the leg injury of the dummy decreased obviously after improvement.
