针对列车用填充型蜂窝吸能器峰值载荷较高、载荷不稳定的问题,提出在金属蒙皮上开设诱导槽的结构方案。利用hypermesh软件对各类型诱导槽结构进行建模,并导入ANSYS中进行计算,通过仿真分析,得出合理的诱导槽结构,并通过试验验证确定了诱导槽结构的合理性。%In view of the problem that the filled type energy absorber has high peak load and unstable load, a scheme of indu-cing groove on the metal skin is put forward in this paper.Models to different structures of the inducing grooves are established and imported into the ANSYS.Through the simulation analysis, the reasonable structure of inducing groove is obtained, and the rationality of the groove is confirmed by experiments.
