国内百万千万级压水堆核电厂环吊设计分析

摘要

以AP1000、VVER、CPR1000及EPR核电厂环吊为对象，介绍了环吊的功能，梳理了重要的设计参数，分析和比较了设备分级、起升机构布置、检修等主要特点。给出了简化环吊设计、将环吊作为装卸料机备用、设置主钩可旋转功能、制定防单一故障标准、开发严重超载溢防技术等建议。%In this paper, based on polar crane in the AP1000, VVER, CPR1000 and EPR nuclear power plant, the functions are introduced, the key design parameters are summarized, and the main characteristics like equipment classification, hoist layout and the maintenance measure are compared and analyzed.Conclusions and suggestions are then given in this paper, such as simplifying polar crane design, using as the backup of the refueling machine, setting hook rotation function, constitu-ting the single-failure-proof standard, and developing severe overload-proof skills, etc.
