聚四氟乙烯零件车削加工方法探索

摘要

In this paper, research and exploration on turning method of PTFE material parts are discussed.Through studying the solutions to problems such as the PTFE material parts are easily affected by temperature changes, and it is hardly to assure dimensional accuracy, methods and parameters to the turning process of this kind of parts are summarized.%讨论了聚四氟乙烯材料零件的车削加工方法的研究和探索，通过研究聚四氟乙烯材料零件易受温度变化影响、尺寸精度保证困难的解决方案，总结出了该类零件车削加工较为稳定的工艺方法及参数。
