轻型汽车变速箱性能提升设计探讨

摘要

分析了现有五档轻型汽车变速箱的结构特点，由于部分技术已相对落后导致不能适应整车的快速发展，不能满足用户的需求，急需要进行改进提升；探讨了通过速比、齿轮、同步器、轴承等方面的设计改进，从而达到提升轻型变速箱动力性、操纵性、可靠性以及降噪等方面的目的。%　　Analyze the structural features of five-speed light gearbox nowadays. Part of the technology is relatively backward and can not adapt to the rapid development of the vehicle and the needs of users, urgent need to enhance the ability. And then discuss how to enhance the light transmission’s dynamic, maneuverability, reliability, and noise reduction by advance the speed ratio, gear, synchronizer, and bearing.
