聚能射流侵彻钢板相似律数值模拟研究

摘要

Using the analogue theory, the analogue parameters of shaped charge jet penetrating steel plate are analyzed and the analogue rela⁃tions of shaped charge jet penetrating steel plate are established. Then we simulated the process of Shaped Charge jet penetrating the steel Plate, using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The result showed that the penetration depth, the speed of jet head and the penetration shape formed from the shaped charge jet to model 1and 2.%　　利用相似理论分析了聚能装药射流侵彻钢板过程的相似参数，建立了射流侵彻钢板的相似关系；并采用LS-DYNA3D软件，对聚能射流侵彻钢板的过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明，射流对模型1、模型2的侵彻深度、开孔口径、射流头部速度、侵彻形状均符合相似律。
