轮毂电机转矩脉动抑制的正弦驱动系统设计及实现

             

摘要

To design the sinusoidal driving system for torque ripple suppression of hub motor based on the principle of Asymmetry Rule Sam⁃pling Algorithm. To generate two groups of three-phase Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation waves through the dedicated motor control chan⁃nels of MC9S08DZ60 and adjust both amplitude and cycle of sine wave in real time according to the information about both position and speed of the rotor provided by Hall position sensors so that the dynamic performance of the system can be ensured. The experimental results show that the system can effectively suppress electromagnetic torque ripple, having realized the smooth operation of the motor, met the low torque ripple requirement of hub motor of ultra-miniature electric car and verified both effectiveness and correctness of the design method given above.%  基于不对称规则采样算法的原理,设计了轮毂电机转矩脉动抑制的正弦驱动系统。利用主控单元MC9S08DZ60的电机控制专用通道产生双电机所需的两组三相正弦脉宽调制波,并根据霍尔位置传感器所提供的电机转子位置和速度信息,实时调整正弦波的幅值与周期以保证系统具有优良的动态性能。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效地抑制电磁转矩脉动,实现了电机的平稳运转,满足超微型电动车轮毂电机低转矩脉动的要求,验证了上述设计方法的正确性和实效性。
