货车车体磨料水射流除锈的研究

摘要

磨料水射流清洗这种新工艺研究应用在货车车体上，对铁路货车的表面进行处理，即除锈、除漆及污物，提高了货车表面处理质量和处理速度，降低了工人的劳动强度，对表面处理所采用的介质水和磨料进行回收处理并循环使用，成本低且对环境无任何不良影响。%New technology of abrasive water jet is applied in trucks to remove rust ,which improves processing quality and speed and reduces labor intensity .Medium water and grinding materials which are removed surface can be recycled ,which reduces cost and does not bad for environment .
