基于模糊 Petri网的门式起重机故障诊断专家系统研究

摘要

In order to gantry crane uncertainty of fault diagnosis ,based on the traditional expert system using fuzzy Petri nets to represent knowledge and logical reasoning for fault diagnosis .Based on the basic diagnostic rule base ,using the method of fuzzy Petri net graphical logical reasoning and knowledge representation ,fuzzy and uncertainty of the fault information representation and processing ,and through the man‐machine dialogue fuzzily .Through the fault diagnosis case analysis based on the results of gantry crane ,gantry crane fault fault diagnosis expert system of fuzzy Petri net can be rapid diagnosis of portal crane .Door Crane fast diagnosis expert systems using fuzzy Petri net can be used of the uncertainty of the fault ,has a certain application .%为了诊断不确定性的门式起重机故障，在传统专家系统的基础上采用模糊Petri网来表示知识并进行逻辑推理进行故障诊断。在基于规则库的诊断基础上，运用模糊Petri网图形化的方法进行逻辑推理和知识表达，对故障信息的模糊性和不确定性进行表示和处理，并通过人机对话进行模糊量化。通过门式起重机故障诊断案例分析，结果基于模糊Petri网的门式起重机故障诊断专家系统可以快速诊断门式起重机的故障。说明采用模糊Petri网的专家系统可以较好地快速诊断不确定性的门式起重机进行故障，具有一定的应用性。
