渣浆泵蜗壳水力设计探讨

摘要

介绍一种蜗壳精确水力计算及绘型的几何画法，此方法快捷、准确，使蜗壳水力型线十分光滑，面积变化规律，流速均匀，使泵的水力损失最小，提高了泵的水力效率，达到节能的效果。%This paper introduces accurate calculation and drawing methods of the volute hydraulic design .This method is rapid and accurate ,which makes water lines smooth ,area changing regularly and flow rate balancing and reduce the hydraulic loss and improve the hydraulic efficiency ,which is to achieve conservation energy .
