浅论煤矿皮带运输机故障及处理措施

摘要

The belt conveyor is one of the important equipments in coal mine production ,with the large-scale development of the mine ,the belt transport in the underground transportation system occupies more and more important position .During the produc-tion ,the more time belt conveyor operate ,the wearer easily appear ,which appears a series of problem and affects the production schedule to a great extent .Based on this ,from the transport characteristics of coal mine belt conveyor and the importance of fault handling ,combined with years of work experience ,common faults and processing methods of belt conveyor in coal mine are ex-pounded and analyzed .%皮带运输机是煤矿生产作业中的重要设备之一，随着矿井的大型化发展，皮带运输在整个井下运输系统中占据着愈加重要的地位。在煤矿生产中，皮带运输机运作时间较长，易受磨损，因而出现一系列的故障问题，在很大程度上影响生产进度。基于此，从煤矿皮带运输机的运输特点及故障处理的重要性出发，结合多年工作经验，对煤矿皮带运输机常见的故障及处理方法进行了阐述与分析。
