运煤列车防冻液喷洒装置的研究

摘要

针对冬季运煤列车冻结问题，设计防冻液自动喷洒系统。当运煤列车驶入煤场时，传感器发出感应信号，通过PLC对喷洒系统进行电气控制，实现自动喷洒，解决了人工喷洒的弊端。%To the problem that the coal-trains are easily frozen in winter ,an automatic sprinkling system of antifreeze fluid is developed .When a train comes into the coal-yard ,the sensor sends an induction signal .By using PLC to control electrical sprinkling system ,the automatic spraying of antifreeze liquid is realized ,and the problems in manual spraying is solved .
