CBN超硬磨具磨钻钛合金微小孔加工研究

摘要

In this paper ,the technical difficulty of tiny hole processing was analyzed ,and the commonly used processing methods of tiny holes as well as their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed .In addition ,a new theory of processing tiny holes in hard cutting materials was explored ,and the structure design of grinding tool based on this theory was conducted .%分析了微小孔加工技术难点，综述了目前常用的微小孔加工的方法及其优缺点，并对一种新的难加工材料微小孔加工方法进行了探索，并在此基础上进行了磨具的结构设计。
