The turning processing is simulated by the finite element software Deform ,the important parameters in the process are analyzed ,to get the appropriate processing parameters for actual turning .The simulation results show the load on tool fluctuates back and forth near the equilibrium value in normal cutting ,and cutting heat is mainly concentrated in the chip .Removing chip timely can greatly reduce the temperature of the workpiece .%采用有限元软件Deform仿真整个车削加工过程,分析在加工过程中的重要参数因素,进而为实际的车削制定合适的加工参数。模拟结果表明,正常切削时,刀具上的载荷在某一个平衡值附近来回波动,而切削热主要集中在切屑中,及时去除切屑,可以大幅度地降低工件的温度。
