试重水袋调试BOP气动悬吊的方法研究与应用

摘要

防喷器组是保证钻井作业安全的关键设备，所以对安装防喷器组所使用的专用配套设备BOP悬吊的性能要求很高。针对海上石油钻井平台使用的BOP气动悬吊性能试验方法进行了探讨，提出了一种利用试重水袋进行悬吊载荷试验的调试方案，并在实际应用中方便、高效地测试了BOP悬吊的实际运行能力，确保防喷器组能够安全准确地装卸。%The blowout preventer (BOP) stack is the key equipment to ensure drilling safely ,so the performance requirement of special equipment to install the BOP stack is also strick .In this paper ,the research about the special equipment ,namely the BOP pneumatic crane in the performance test was carried on ,a load test scheme was put forward which used weighing water bag to debug BOP pneumatic crane ,the BOP crane’s actual ability of ascend was tested accurately ,the debugging of BOP crane was efficiently completed .This work ensures the BOP stack can be safely and accurately loaded and unloaded .
