承钢喷煤中速磨更换方案优化研究

摘要

This paper briefly introduces the technical process of coal‐injecting system ,as well as the structure and working principle of medium‐speed coal mill at first .Then the paper mainly describes a set of rail car for replacing the medium speed coal mill and accessory equipment ,which is designed according to the layout of workshop in Chengde Iron and Steel Company .It can save the time of operation and reduce the labor intensity of workers .This work is of a certain reference significance for the maintenance of medium speed coal mill .%　　简要介绍了喷煤系统的工艺流程、中速磨的结构及工作原理；根据承钢喷煤系统中速磨厂房的布局情况，配置了一套用于中速磨及附属设备更换的轨道车，既节约操作了时间，又降低了工人劳动强度，对同类钢铁企业中速磨的检修具有借鉴意义。
