单吹颗粒镁铁水脱硫工艺中镁粒度检查与验收

摘要

分析了市场上销售镁剂的现状，基于颗粒镁的相变规律及外形分析，通过粒度检查、流动性检查，根据颗粒镁涂层质量的要求现场验收颗粒镁，达到购买合格颗粒镁的目的，并给出了颗粒镁的事故预防及处理方法。%The magnesia mixture sold in the makart was analyzed .Based on the magnesium grain’s phase transition rule and shape , the quality checking and recerving method of the magnesium grain was proposed ,which included grain size checking ,fluidity chec-king and coating quality checking .In addition ,the measures to prevent the magnesium grain’s accident was also presented .
