连铸机 SWC 型万向联轴器优化改进

摘要

对连铸机SWC型万向联轴器故障进行了现场研究和理论分析，通过对SWC型十字轴式万向联轴器进行一系列的优化改进，改变了万向联轴器的传统结构形式。应用1年多的具体数据说明对万向联轴器的优化改进是成功的。%Based on the working environment and characteristics of SWC universal coupling ,the optimization and improvement of the universal coupling is carried out .The application data in more than one year show the service life of universal coupling is improved , the failure rate is reduced ,and the working rate of continuous casting is increased .
