分析了SGZ764/630刮板输送机机头架的铆工装配工艺，通过计算焊接收缩量和反变形，焊接后无需矫正，得到了科学和符合生产实际的铆工装配工艺。%This article analyzed the riveting assembly process of SGZ764/630 scraper conveyer head frame .Through the welding contraction quantity computation and the reverse deformation ,a scientific riveting assembly craft is obtained ,which is according with the actual production .
