基于PCI数据采集卡的闸瓦间隙实时监控系统设计

摘要

针对传统提升机闸瓦间隙保护装置的缺陷 ,设计了一种以PCI数据采集卡为控制核心的闸瓦间隙实时监控系统 ,并对其系统原理、硬件组成及软件设计进行了阐述.系统可实现对闸瓦间隙、制动力矩的实时监测及报警功能 ,且具有结构简单、成本低、体积小、抗干扰能力强等特点 ,具有一定的推广价值.%In light of the limitation of traditional hoist brake clearance protection device ,a real-time monitoring system based on PCI data acquisition card for brake clearance is designed .Its system principle ,hardware and software design are expatiated .The real-time monitoring and alarm of brake clearance and braking torque can be achieved .The structure of the system is simple ,the cost is low ,the cubage is small ,the anti-interference ability is strong .It possesses better promotional value .
