旋风铣头主轴结构优化设计

摘要

The spindle is the most important component in the system of the CNC machine tool .The spindle performance will serious-ly affect the workpiece quality ,so it is very necessary to make an optimization for spindle of the whirling cutter head .In this paper , the mathematical model of the spindel of a whirling cutter head is set up ,by selecting optimization method and computer optimiza-tion ,we have made a structural optimization for the spindle of the whirlwind milling ,and the optimized structure is more reasonable .%主轴是数控机床系统中最重要的部件 ,主轴性能好坏会严重影响被加工工件的品质 ,因此 ,对旋风铣头主轴进行优化设计是十分必要的.通过建立主轴优化的数学模型、选择优化方法、计算机求解 ,对旋风铣头主轴进行了机械结构优化 ,优化后的结构更加合理.
