镀层板料结合性能测试方法评价

摘要

As its excellent performance ,coating material is widely applied to various fields .Bonding strength is an important criterion of the coating quality ,which has direct effect on the utility of coating material .Several kinds of common test methods to check bonding strength are introduced in this paper ,such as stretching method ,scratch method ,indentation method and bubble method .%镀层材料由于其优良的性能，已经被广泛应用于各个领域。镀层结合强度是镀层质量的一个重要指标，直接影响到镀层材料的使用性能。对目前常用的几种界面结合强度的测试方法进行了简单的介绍与探讨，包括拉伸法、划痕法、压痕法和鼓包法，分析了各种方法的优缺点。
