副构架式径向转向架导向机构参数研究

摘要

总结了副构架式转向架的结构与特点，并分析了自导向径向转向架的导向机理。以转K7型副构架式转向架为研究对象，建立安装有转K7型转向架的C80型敞车动力学模型。分析自导向机构的刚度参数对车辆系统动力学的影响，在此基础上进行导向机构参数优化选择，为副构架式自导向转向架的工程优化设计提供理论依据。%This paper summarizes the basic structure and characteristic of the sub‐frame radial bogie and analyzes the primary principle of the self‐steering radial bogie .Taking ZK7 truck as research object ,it establishes the dynamic model of the gondola car C80 with ZK7 bogies .It analyzes the influence of stiffness of self‐steering mechanism on the vehicle system dynamics .By using analysis result as basis ,it optimizes the stiffness of self‐steering mechanism .The results can supply the theoretical foundation for the engineering design of the sub‐frame radial bogie .
