水平下调式三辊卷板机自动控制系统研究

摘要

为满足水平下调式三辊卷板机对加工效率和精度的需要 ,提出了一种基于 PLC和液压传动的自动控制系统设计方案.该系统将电、机、液有机结合 ,经过测试 ,具有很好的控制效果 ,且操作维护简便 ,运行稳定可靠 ,对改善设备性能具有一定意义.%To meet the needs of processing efficiency and accuracy for three-roll bending machine with horizontal adjustment ,the pa-per presents an automatic control system based on PLC and hydraulic transmission .The system is the combination of electricity ,ma-chinery and hydraulic system .Test results show that it has good control effect with easy operation and stable function ,which is meaningful for improving equipment performance .
