一种新型摇摆机自动上箱装置的设计

摘要

This paper presents a new feeding device of polyurethane foam swing machine ,and proposes the basic structure ,working principle and characteristics of the feeding device .What's more ,there is a detailed analysis on the automatical control of the feeding device in the actual production process ,and the coordinated operation between the feeding device and swing machine has been ob-tained .It provides a theoretical basis for reducing labor intensity and cutting down the cost in the production process .%提出了聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂摇摆机的一种新型上箱装置 ,介绍了上箱装置的基本结构、工作原理和特点等 ,具体分析了上料装置在实际生产过程中的自动控制 ,实现了上料装置与摇摆机的协调运行 ,为实现生产过程中减少劳动强度、缩减成本提供了理论基础.
