介绍了一种以PLC为控制器 ,通过串励直流电动机实现洗衣机全自动化工作的设计方案.该方案通过软件仿真 ,不仅可以完全实现预期的功能且模块化程度高、可移植性强.不论是波轮式洗衣机还是滚筒式洗衣机 ,只需对程序稍作修改就可直接应用.即便是扩展功能 ,也只需对程序作相应的增减即可.%This paper introduces a design of control system to implement the full-automatic work of washing machine ,which is based on PLC and series DC motor .Through software simulations ,the design can achieve all the expectations and has the better modulari-ty and portability .The routines in the design can be applied to no matter the impeller-type washing machine or the drum-type wash-ing machine by modifying some parts of them .And adding relevant parts to the initial routines can extend the functions .
