铣水泵叶轮十字槽夹具设计

设计了一种分度式铣床专用夹具 ,用于卧式铣床上加工水泵叶轮上两个互成90°的十字槽 ;分析了夹具的结构特点、工作原理 ,计算了定位误差、夹紧力、对刀误差 ,进一步证实该夹具设计科学合理 ,加工效率高.%A special fixture for indexing-type milling machine is designed ,which is used to process the cross slot in pump impeller . The working principle and structure characteristics of the fixture are analyzed ,and the positioning error ,the clamping force and the tool setting error are calculated .The practical application confirmes the fixture design is scientific and reasonable ,being of high pro-cessing efficiency .
