基于 ADA M S 的悬架运动学仿真及优化

             

摘要

对悬架进行运动学仿真及优化.首先将悬架简化为杆系模型 ,并基于高等机构学建立了数学模型 ,利用MATLAB软件计算了车轮中心跳动± 100mm时各定位参数的变化.其次将此结果与在 ADAMS/Car中得出的结果进行了对比 ,证明了ADAMS结果的可靠性.最后利用ADAMS的试验设计优化 (DOE) 模块对悬架硬点参数进行了优化.优化结果表明定位参数变动显著减小 ,外倾角差值减小至优化前的74% ,前束减小至优化前的28% ,主销内倾角减小至优化前的82% .%This paper presents the kinematics simulation and optimization of suspension .Firstly ,suspension was simplified to linkage model ,and the mathematical model was set up based on advanced kinematics of mechanisms ,MATLAB was used to calculate the po-sitional parameters when wheel center jounce/rebound 100 mm .It was then compared with the result got by ADAMS/Car to ensure the accuracy of result of ADAMS .Finally the suspension hardpoints were optimized by the design of experiments (DOE) module of ADAMS .The optimized result shows that the variation of suspension positional parameters have been largely diminished .The varia-tion of camber reduced to 74% before optimization ,the variation of toe reduced to 28% before optimization ,the variation of toe kingpin reduced to 80% before optimization .
